We assist our borrowing partners in structuring and providing short-term financing (bridge loans in senior or mezzanine debt) for their real estate projects. In 2008, he acquired Sequabat, a turnkey construction company based in Montpellier in southern France. There, he gained valuable insights into building design and construction, as well as the challenges of real estate development, including land optimization, permit applications, construction cost management, and pricing strategies.
From 2015 onward, he actively participated in the capital of development projects, eventually selling his company in 2016.
In 2017, he founded O2 Capital to leverage his financial and technical expertise in support of entrepreneurs and investors. Alexandre graduated from Université Paris II Panthéon Assas and ESSEC.
Alexandre Darsa
He transitioned to asset management in 2011, taking on responsibilities for sourcing, structuring, and executing investment opportunities at Noster Capital LLP. At Noster, Nicolas specialized in investing in “special situations” in corporate credit. In 2015, he joined Lantern Asset Management in the United States, where he focused on distressed private equity investments across Europe and the U.S. He became the COO of O2 Capital in 2020.
During his tenure at Lantern, he also served on the boards of American Zinc Recycling, GoodBulk, and Lucky Brand.
Nicolas holds a master’s degree in corporate finance from Université Dauphine in Paris.
Nic Darsa
He later moved to Neuflize Private Assets & Neuflize OBC Investments, where he focused on business development for wholesale and retail clients.
Before joining O2 Capital AM, Stéphane spent nine years at Natixis Investment Managers, first within the distribution platform and then at Ossiam in 2021.
He graduated from Toulouse Business School.
Stéphane Brunel
He began his career in the Financing & Investment Banking division at HSBC, primarily working on transactions in logistics, transportation, and TMT sectors.
At O2, Charly is responsible for executing investments and reporting on ongoing financial transactions.
He graduated from Neoma Business School.
Charly Abessolo
From 2019 to 2024, Clémence served as a Fund Manager at LaSalle Investment Management, where she managed pan-European funds. She has significant experience in acquiring and valuing real estate assets (offices, retail, logistics, residential) and structuring complex transactions and partnerships.
Clémence is well-versed in energy transition matters and holds a degree from ESSEC Business School.
Clémence Maquet
He held leadership roles at AEW and CBRE Investment Management from 2006 to 2017, where he managed a €7 billion pan-European portfolio, leading a team of 20 professionals across France, the Benelux, and the Iberian Peninsula. Before that, he was a fund director at CBRE Global Investors for the “Strategic Partners Europe” funds and an analyst at Deloitte Finance. In addition to his role on the investment committee at O2 Capital AM, Guillaume is an independent advisor at CIC Conseil (the M&A arm of Alliance Federale Crédit Mutuel) and serves on the Advisory Board of RETCO, a proptech startup.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from TESTP and a Master’s in Finance and Real Estate from Université Paris Dauphine, where he has been a lecturer since 2013.

He graduated from the University of Warwick and is Franco-British, fluent in Spanish.
Jeremy Legmann
Working closely with the two partners and the rest of the team, and interacting regularly with the chartered accountant, she handles the company’s administrative management.
Prior to this, she was Office Manager at Nude from 2016 to 2020. Diane also worked at BNP Paribas as an international financial credit manager.
She graduated from Université Paris V and London Guildhall University.
